We’ve Upgraded Your Booking Experience

Hooray! We have moved to a new booking system powered by Arketa. This change will make it easier for you to manage your sessions, bookings, and memberships — all in one place.

 

What’s New

  • New Booking Platform: Book your sessions quickly and easily through our updated system.

  • Branded Mobile App: Download the new Beachvolleyball.com.au App to view your schedule, manage bookings, and organise make-up sessions on the go.

  • Streamlined Booking Experience: Make changes to your bookings, reschedule missed sessions, and track your credits all in one place.

    • Heads up: Text notifications are still being set up

  • Private Sessions: Fully managed through the new system now, stay tuned for more information via email

  • Equipment Membership: New Dashboard experience, including court bookings and sunset bookings - check it out here.

Your Account Has Been Transferred
All of your current information — including memberships, class packs, and future bookings — has already been moved to the new system.

 

Important: To get started, you’ll just need to reset your password the first time you log in.

Memberships on Autopay
If you are on a membership, you will need to update your Credit Card information before your next billing date. Here's how to update your Credit Card information:

1. Sign into your Account - 
https://beachvolleyball.com.au/login/
2. Go to Payment Methods
3. Click Add New and enter your Credit Card information
4. Click Save
