Manage Your Bookings

Once you’re enrolled in a Beginner Course, you can easily manage your bookings and schedule make-up sessions through your Arketa Account or the Beachvolleyball.com.au App.

Step by Step Guide – Make Ups

1. Go to My Account or open the app.

2. Cancel the Session You Can’t Attend - (at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being marked as a late cancellation)

3. Book a Make-Up Session

4. Navigate to “Classes” or see below for all Learn & Play Sessions

5. Click “Book” to reserve your make-up

Make-Up Tip

Most participants complete their make-up after their fourth session. Just make sure to use your sessions before moving on to a Level 2 course — unused sessions cannot be transferred.
